Background

Doctorate in Business Administration, Marketing area, from the Federal University of Pernambuco – UFPE / PROPAD (Concept 5 by CAPES), PhD Sandwich (internship) from City University (Cass Business School) in London, England (UK), with Vincent-Wayne Mitchell as supervisor. Doctorate with distinction award.

Master in Business Administration (Consumer Behavior area) and MBA in Marketing from UFPE. Graduated in Social Communication, Advertising and Marketing course (UFPE). Master with distinction award.

Currently lecture at NHTV.  Used to be a Professor (Undergraduate and Graduate), in Brazil for more than 14 years. At Federal University of Pernambuco – UFPE, was a Professor at the Tourism course. And also a permanent Professor at the master and doctoral course  at PROPAD – Graduate Program in Management (MSc and PhD with Concept 5 by CAPES)/ UFPE, also supervising master thesis. In the extension area, has been coordinator, lecturer and member of the coordinating team of several projects supported by PROEXT UFPE and other agencies.

As for research, is part of the body of researchers from the Center for Research in Marketing and People (MKP / UFPE) – http://www.mkp.dca.ufpe.br/. Have been the coordinator of undergraduate research projects (with scholarships from FACEPE, grants from private sources and PROPESQ / CNPq).

Already participated in many doctoral and master’s evaluation group, scientific committees (Scientific Journals), among others. Have articles published in scientific journals and conferences such as the International Journal of Management (UK),  Estudios en Perspective Tourism, Gestão.org, Mackenzie Magazine, RAC, EnANPAD, EMA, ANPTUR, RAE, Journal of Economics and Business Administration (IBMEC) RIMAR, Revista Visao e Acao, Revista Observatorio em Turismo, among others.
